With the development of Internet technology, the Web2.0era iscoming, and the use of social software in this day and age, has been a part of people’slives. In recent years, learning about the web2.0environment under the networkresearch also presents a growing trend. In this context, the article focuses on thebehavior of the web2.0environment informal learning in network learners learning inthe perspective of informal learning. This article is also the first stage of a project.Here, on the one hand, this article discusses the informal learning under web2.0environment learning characteristics, on the other hand, it also investigates the networklearner’s informal learning in web2.0environment. In the basis of analysis of the results,this paper attempts to put forward a web2.0environment informal learning framework.This framework shows the learning process and its corresponding learning behavior inthe web2.0environment, and the characteristics of some typical use of social softwarein the network learner informal learning.In some current network learning behavior analysis often according to the theory ofrational behavior and planned behavior theory as the theoretical basis, This article isbased on web2.0environment informal network learning characteristic, started fromtwo more early learning network theories(the Learning Activities Framework Theory、Engagement Theory), under the Behavioral Science Theory guidance, combined withweb2.0environment informal learning framework, put forward the point of threelearning environment network learning behavior patterns: Topic-Explore the behavior patterns in the independent study network learning environment、Input-Collaborativenetwork learning behavior patterns in the collaborative study network learningenvironment and Processing-Reflection network learning behavior patterns in theinformation processing network learning environment.On this basis, this paper proposes a network learner model——LBLSLF-LBCMLS.The model contains the learning state model characteristics of learning feature modelcorresponding to network learning and learning behavior and use concept map to reflectthe relationship between knowledge points and conception model based on the learnermodel standard. The paper also points to different types of knowledge concept mapautomatic generation processes.Finally, this paper discusses the analysis of the literature research network type ofpersonalized learning services, design some personalized learning services, andanalyzes the function of each service design process. This paper also presents a casestudy for the on online learner model generation and personalized learning services.Case studies demonstrate the accuracy of concept map.It also reflects the superiority ofthe service.
