The American Psychiatric Association defined ’Autism’ as a kind of pervasive developmental disorder. Many autistic children show one or some behavior problems ob-stacles in the process to achieve the desired results in the aspects of language comprehension, expression, social development. Autistic children’s behavior problems not only bring trouble to themselves, but also to the family and community, and it increases parents’stress. So we urgently need to explore an effective mode to intervene children’s behavior problems in the family situation to improve the life quality of the whole family. In the1990s, American scholars have proposed a family-centered positive behavior support intervention strategy. It based on applied behavior analysis which is a kind of active intervention methods in family daily life situation by professionals and parents who actively participate in and lead implementation to children’s behavior problems. In foreign, there are studies that have verified the validity of the model, but in domestic, at the beginning of this century, it began to appear the related research of positive behavior support which most fo-cused on the introduction of the model theory in theoretical research stage, a few empirical research was in the school situation, few intervention investigated the positive behavior su-pport research in family contexts. Therefore, in this paper, the author mainly studies applicability and effectiveness of autistic children’s problems in the mode of family-centered positive behavior support in our country. This research mainly includes two parts:the first part is the functional analysis about autistic children’s behavior problems with the method of the questionnaire, interview, observation and others, so as to provide a basis of intervention policy. The author finally establishes three autistic children about3-5years old, by means of issuing’ Behavior Prob-lems Questionnaire’ to autistic children’s parents and having interviews with parents; then preliminary assesses children’s performance, the function and the relation with environment applied the revision of Taiwan Li-Yu Hung "motivation assessment scale" formulated by Durand and "ABC behavior observation table". The results show that the behaviors’ function are mainly asking for physical and sensory stimulation; and at the same time, author finds that children’s behavior problems and environmental stimulation have close relationship. The second part is on the basis of the function evaluation research, using single-subject experimental design. In the family situation, the author comprehensively uses antecedents controlling, education training and consequences changing strategies on the three autistic children’s behavior problems. This study adopts the ’A-B-A experimental design’ of single base experimental design. The author discusses the effectiveness of family-centered positive behavior support model by analysis the intervention in autism children in our country. After half year’s intervention, two of the three children’s behavior problems obviously decrease, and alternative behaviors develop. When revoke, behavioral problems rebound, and it indicates that intervention is effective. This study displays that:family-centered positive behavior support model can be carried out in our country, it can effectively improve the autistic children’s behavior problems, trained parents can deal with children’s behavior problems better, and also it can improve the relationship between parents and children.
