The Analysis Of Football Reserve Training Of Heibei Province

The reserve of the Football is the main reason why Chinese football remainsstagnant. The Football of Hebeiprovince is in lower level of the whole country. Thestudy investigate120students,35training institutions and120students’ parents bymeans of questionnaires. Recycling up the valid questionnaires were108copies,30copies and104points. Recoveries were90%,85.71%and86.67%. Higher recoveryrateindicates that the findings reference is high. Investigations are mainly related toinstitutional talented football, coaches, college status, social factors, venue andfunding and other issues. Then the data has been statisticallyanalysed and yieldtheoutcome.In this study, we conclude that:1、coaches age structure is irrational, generally tend to aging, the lack of a newforce30years of age; most of the low level of education of coaches, college graduatesand below station63.33%; coaches motivation enough scientific selection, in which53.33%is based on the student’s personal preferences to the Selection; coachestraining players unclear objectives, of which53.34percent of its training objectivescoaches that go with the flow.2、 trainees training exercise shortage exists. Coaches on the method ofcontrolling the amount of training to even40%through their own experience to judge,explain the lack of scientific training and effectiveness.3、Learning and Training contradiction is clearly there. Most participants liftedtheir poor level of cultural studies that soccer training seriously affected the culturallesson to learn.4、71.29%players did not participate in the city Qujiyishanggame, allparticipants have not participated in national competitions. Little opportunity for theplayers of the game.5、venues and limited funding.The study discussed the questions above, and gave reasonable suggestions.
