This article use the literature material method, interview method,experimental method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis,With60studentsof non-sports major in hebei medical university as the experimental object. Theexperimental will be divided into groups: a group for experimental group, a groupas the control group, each group30people, the experimental group in the first eightweeks practice in junior three way ChangQuan, exercise4times per week, exercise60minutes at a time. the control group practice ChangQuan in junior three road after8weeks. Through a period of eight weeks after primary three road ChangQuan practicein the experimental group and control group subjects after the related parameters ofphysical experiment and experiment difference between two independent samples beforefor general statistical analysis, discusses the primary three way ChangQuan to theuniversity non-professional sports college students’ physical fitness relatedindicators (including strength, stamina, agility, coordination, speed, flexibility),the influence of the main observation indexes have grip, standing long jump, step test,unit time bend lun,50m running in succession, crook proneness. Research conclusionsare as follows:First, the non-professional sports university students through for8weeks,4times a week, every time an hour of junior three road ChangQuan practice, grip strengthindex has a certain degree of increase, but the increase is not obvious, and the indexof standing long jump increase far more than the range of the increased grip strengthindex, shows that practicing ChangQuan junior three road to the universitynon-professional sports college students’ role in upper body strength is not big, butthe strength of lower limbs of the non-professional sports university students incolleges and universities promoting effect is very significant.The second, the non-professional sports university students through for8weeks,4times a week, every time an hour of junior three road ChangQuan after practice, thesteps of the test results are statistically significant differences, prove that afterpracticing primary three road ChangQuan can significantly improve the non-professionalsports university students cardiopulmonary endurance. The third, the non-professional sports university students through for8weeks,4times a week, every time an hour of junior three road ChangQuan after practice, theexperimental group subjects were taken step per unit time servant lun quantitative indexis a significant difference in statistical, prove that use primary three way ChangQuancan effectively improve the university non-professional sports college students’intelligent coordination.The Fourth, the non-professional sports university students through for8weeks,4times a week, every time an hour of junior three road ChangQuan practice,50metersindex has a significant difference in statistics, prove that use primary ChangQuan threeroad, the speed of the non-professional sports university students in colleges anduniversities physical indicators promoting effect compared with significantdifference.The Fifth, the non-professional sports university students through for8weeks,4times a week, every time an hour of junior three road ChangQuan after practice, theexperimental group subjects Seat position proneness index showed highly significantdifferences before and after the experiment, which showed that the use of primary threeway ChangQuan flexible fitness to the university non-professional sports collegestudents have a very good exercise.
