Research On Adaptability Of Discipline Structure And Industrial Structural Optimization Of Higher Education

Since the beginning of the reforming opening, HUNAN province keeps up with the steps of times,trying its best to build resource-saving and environment-friendly society and economic integration in CHANGZHUTAN, setting up the experimental zone of group, exploring a new road of Industrialization, urbanization, which is different from tradition, being active in optimizing industrial structure, thus making it adapt to the development of economic integration, with transformation of economy from the five major economic zones to three major economic districts in east middle and west of china. Discipline structure in higher education is related to industrial structure. The development and level of Industrial structure determines the level of discipline structure while the discipline structure makes a difference to industrial structure. It contributes to the development of economy when it adapts to the development of industrial structure. On the contrary, it holds back the economic development. At present, the discipline structure of higher education in CHANGZHUTAN exists many problems such as too much special offerings heavy Redundant construction and the mismatched trends to discipline structure and industrial structure. So it needs to design optimization of discipline structure that adapts to the industrial structure and constructs the cooperative and creative model of them. Newly disciplines matched with industrial structure should be set up and strategies should be made to coordinate the duties and functions among government, society and university to adjust the discipline structure in higher education in CHANGZHUTAN according to the steps of industrial structure optimization.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter mainly describes the reasons why choose this topic and the meaning of research, academic methodology and research methods. The second chapter firstly deseribes the related concepts, and then analyzes the relationship between discipline structure and industrial structure.The third chapter is to describle the current situation of discipline structure and industrial structure of higher education in CHANGSHA ZHUZHOU and XIANGTAN. By analyzing its Current scale and structure of discipline structure and industrial structure of higher education and applying the simple Pearson Correlation coefficient analysis and factors analysis,it can be estimated the coordination between the discipline structure and industrial structure of higher edueation in CHANGZHUTAN. The fourth is dedicated to explore the problems existed and discovery the reasons. The fifth chapter proposes some relative Strategies to promote the coordinated development between the discipline structure and industrial structure of higher education. The last chapter draws the conclusion that discipline structure is currently lagging behind the industrial structure in CHANGZHUTAN.
