The second nationalconstitution test results showed that the quality and speed of power qualitydeclined for10consecutive years among adolescents, endurance qualities evendecline for20consecutive years. Young people are the future of our country,youth health, energetic, strong-willed, is a manifestation of nationalvitality, is a symbol of social civilization and progress, is an importantmanifestation of comprehensive national strength. Therefore, raising thelevel to improve the health of young people is imminent.Athletics has enhanced physique, honed will, pleasure and other functions.Often able to fully participate in the development of youth athletics speed,strength, endurance, flexibility, agility and other physical fitness andpromote the healthy development of the body’s organ systems. Improve students’physical and mental health and social adaptability. School physical educationand health curriculum is an important way for students to learn and exerciseathletics. The quality of school physical education for young people’s healthplays an important role. For this country in2004in SD, GD, HN,NX began thetrial,"the new curriculum standards", in2011the Ministry of Educationpromulgated and implemented "Sports and Health Curriculum Standard", thestandard is based on the need to develop students’ physical and mentaldevelopment and national needs.Zibo City is the athletics strong city, has an important position inShandong Province track and field teaching and training. Athletics teachinglevel in Zibo City, Shandong Province at the forefront, but in recent years,hovering between Zibo, exam-oriented education and quality education, theimpact of the concept of deviation and examination-oriented education thereis some school leaders and teachers to understand the new curriculum standardsand student factors that have affected their ability to poor development ofthe city’s track and field teaching. Through literature, with six districtsand three counties in Zibo City,20high school students and teachers for thestudy, through questionnaires, interviews with experts and mathematical statistics, research methods, Zibo athletics teaching content, teachingmethods, evaluation methods carry status of the quality of teachers, athleticsand cultural conduct, teachers’ understanding of the new curriculum reformand space equipment, such as research and analysis, the following conclusionsand make recommendations for the development of countermeasures and depositproblems.Conclusions:(1) the new curriculum reform teaching Zibo City Athleticshave had a significant impact and has made remarkable achievements; sportsfaculty athletics adequate but less professional sports teachers, fewerstudents and higher education personnel, professional female athleticsTeachers less; venue can not fully meet the needs of teaching and amateurexercise, low per capita rate equipment.(2) Most of the teaching content toexam content-based; teaching method is still mainly traditional teaching;most teachers in the evaluation process with skill standards, performancemeasurement, classroom attendance to evaluate student achievement, accordingto the municipal schools can The new curriculum standards for a comprehensiveevaluation of students. Suggestion: change the oldculture classes are not only concerned about the health of attention tosports-oriented education concept, deepen the new curriculum standards"health first" guiding ideology; increase the development of track and fieldteaching content, choose life, practical materials, dilute the competitivenature of athletics, health-conscious nature; changing the traditionalteaching methods, teaching the game bold, independent cooperative inquirynovel teaching methods and teaching; comprehensive evaluation model to deepenreform, in strict accordance with the requirements of the new curriculumprospective establishment of a comprehensive and reasonable track and field teaching evaluation system; school athletics should be strengthened to carryout sports and cultural activities, organize the training of students inextracurricular activities amateur athletics, orienteering bold introductionof the campus, one hundred meters race oriented entertainment and otheremerging stronger athletics program; government and schools attachedcontinuing education for physical education teachers, and the introductionof preferential policies to attract students of high academic qualificationsto enter the Zibo City High School engaged in physical education. Increasein the recruitment efforts of Athletics exam study skills; increase fundingfor school playground and equipment investment, fully optimized configuration,improve the utilization of space equipment.
