China since ancient times is a Multinational country country, inhabited by ethnic minorities and Han staggered. Most of China’s ethnic minorities live in natural conditions and economic conditions are relatively backward underdeveloped rural areas, poverty, educational level is not high, ideas lag behind the level of education and other issues still prevalent and plagued with many minorities. With the development of society, all ethnic integration process intensifies, a growing minority in contact with the outside world needs to learn in addition to the traditional culture of knowledge and skills to adapt to today’s society, which requires minority people from an early age to learn good with the outside world, to communicate with others. This is suitable for social work and be able to give a helping field, social work experience in youth social work, school social work, social work in rural areas have been successful, but research is still for minority students is scarce.Wu Du District Long Nan in Gan Su Province, the southern frontier, adjacent to the Gan Nan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, I learn through their own life experiences and diagonal bow town J high school teachers, students, staff interviews and questionnaires found that many minority youth in rural students in learning and in life there is a lack of confidence, poor communication skills, lack of social interaction skills, interpersonal and narrow circle interpersonal problems, the use of group work and case for the major social issues of the professional approach to these young students in rural minorities intervention to help them improve self-identity and self-confidence, learn to communicate effectively with people exchanges, improve interpersonal situation, resulting in a positive impact on their learning and life, with good interpersonal shutdown, healthy mind and a better future, and to intervene directly and reflection, for the growth and development of local rural minority adolescents propose appropriate recommendations and strategies.
