With the growth and update of knowledge, a new sustainable development era of science, technology, information and education has been entered. The rapid development in science and technology has been deeply felt by people. Faced with these social changes, improving the comprehensive quality of people has become the trend of the international education reform. Growth is a process of constant self-improvement and transcend ourselves. People need to learn new knowledge and understand new information. If they are familiar with the method of getting knowledge, they will enjoy the beauty of rich knowledge.A proverb that says,"Teaching how to fish is better than giving a fish." Correct learning method is proposed, which can make learning become easy and effective. Both the development of The Times and high school new curriculum standard requirements in the middle school require that teachers should teach student methods of learning and give them some instructions on learning mathematics, which can not only cultivate the students’mathematical learning ability, but also improve the quality of mathematics teaching.Literature research, questionnaire survey method, interview method and other research methods are adopted in this topic. Through the research on the practice of middle school mathematics learning method, we improve methods on students’ learning mathematics, which help students learn and consolidate the mathematical knowledge and improve students’ learning autonomy about mathematics. Finally, we get some good ideas and suggestions of teaching and learning.Combined with the practical education of middle school in mathematics teaching, the current middle school mathematics learning methods are mainly analyzed from the following aspects:Introduction:background, significance, education value and questions and methods of the research have been introduced.The first part:the related theory and literature research has been given.The definition of mathematics learning and the concepts of mathematics learning methods have been expounded in this part according to the relevant expositions of experts and scholars at home and abroad. The second part:based on the theory of modern social research, an overview of four middle school mathematics learning methods and the concrete application of them were discussed.Some problems that should be paid attention to are also given.The third part:according to the specific situation of the students, the corresponding teaching guidance has been put forward.The fourth part:the reflection and enlightenment about the research has been talked about.
