Objective: hot environments heart rate, blood pressure measurements, bodycomposition before and after running12minutes, heart rate, blood pressure changesand recovery and body composition before and after12minutes of running changeswere analyzed for the environmental movement and heat12minutes running inteaching carried out the feasibility of providing basis. Methods: thermal environment, select Shenyang Teacher-training University Physical Sciences College2011and2012athletic training majors46, when measuring test weather temperature, humidity, basic information collection on the subject, ran for12minutes before the heart rate, blood pressure and body composition and body composition after the third run for1minute,2minutes,3minutes of heart rate, blood pressure measurement. The pre-runHR,1minute,2minutes,3minutes of heart rate, blood pressure and blood pressureafter running compared body composition measurements of relevant indicators wereselected and compared with the pre ran after run, the final analysis,concluded.Results:(1) heart rate: male, female ran three minutes after the heart rateand resting heart rate compared to pre-run showed a very significant difference (P<0.01);(2) Blood Pressure:①systolic boys ran after the first1minute comparedwith the previous run was a very significant difference (P <0.01), had no significantdifference (P≥0.05) compared with the previous run the first two minutes and threeminutes after the run;②After the girls ran the first1minute systolic, comparedwith the first two minutes before the run was a significant difference (0.01≤P <0.05),there was no significant difference (P≥0.05) compared to the first three minutes afterrunning the previous run.③Compared with boys ran after the diastolic pressurebefore the first one minute and ran a very significant difference (P <0.01), there wasno significant difference (P≥0.05) compared with the previous run the first twominutes and three minutes after the run;④diastolic blood pressure after the girlsran the first1minute and3minutes with a significant difference compared to beforethe run (0.01≤P <0.05), compared with a very significant difference (P <0.01) beforethe first two minutes and ran back.(3) Body Composition:①effects on the bodywater content of the boys showed highly significant differences (P <0.01), girlssignificantly different (0.01≤P <0.05);②male, female body fat changes are verysignificant difference (P <0.01);③boys skeletal content change was a verysignificant difference (P <0.01), the girls but no significant difference (P≥0.05);④boys proteins to a very significant difference (P <0.01), girls significantly different(0.01≤P <0.05);⑤boys and girls inorganic changes were not significantly different(P≥0.05);⑥body mass parameters of boys and girls is a very significant difference(P <0.01);⑦hip fat showed significant differences (P <0.01) than that of boys and girls;⑧body fat percentage of boys and girls showed a highly significantdifference (P <0.01).Conclusion: the thermal environment12minutes to run on heartrate, blood pressure before and after the thermal environment running underinstructions have a significant effect on the body’s cardiovascular system12minutes;under12minutes to run on the thermal environment composition improvement, butthere are gender differences.
