The Research Of Development Of An Online Platform For Communist Party Education

Communist party education plays important part in China’s education, which contributes to generate great leaders from all levels in the party.IT (Information Technology) gains popularity recently within the scope of global. To apply IT into our party education is inevitable and it is also one of the vital benchmark for education modernization. Follow the past years, party education has gradually applied the Internet, portal websites, and multimedia systems. However, traditional education still dominates in the schools which decreases the training efficiency because students are forced and used to accept training passively.As the growth of technology world is no secret, online education attracting most of the students due to its convenient and richness content. So far, various colleges in China have actively collected outstanding education resources all over the world and put a great effort in developing an education information platform. Communist party school, leading directly by party committee, aiming at training of cadres and developing of a modernized and socialized communist party, is urgent to apply IT into its own development. Therefore, an online education information platform is proposed to accelerate scientific development in the party education and related works.The paper demonstrates the development of an online education information platform focused on communist party education. The platform will cover all requirements for various stakeholders. By integrating comprehensive functionalities and analyze of online education platform requirements, especially focus on students services, IT will be the carrier to promote the interaction between teachers, students and resources. Furthermore, to conform teaching, researching, resourcing and applications. The platform will serve for every users in the party school. By improving the information services and application level in the party school, and ultimately achieve the education informative and decision making scientifically.The paper begins with the introduction of background research and clears the significance of developing the online education platform. Secondly, paper analysis the current status of applying IT into communist party education schools and indicate the problems remained in the construction of IT. Then, this paper proposed the construction standards and design plan for the platform. Detailed system analyze and requirements definition will be covered. Finally, the paper will illustrate the implementation of functionality of information education platform and discuss the future research for the solid foundation of developing a "intelligent communist party school".
