Fable is a kind of philosophical, allegorical and narrative style.Because of these characteristics, it provides us a good opportunity to develop students’thinking ability. The fable stories of textbook have a close relationship with the development of children’s thinking and aesthetic ability, and they also contain a profound teaching rules.In this paper, based on the history of children-based prescriptions to clarify its close relationship with children’s literature, thus highlighting the basic features of fable stories.Combining the stylistic characteristics of fable stories and children-based theory, the writer make a detailed and comprehensive analysis on fable tales of Jiangsu primary Chinese textbook,and we found the following rules:Adapted fable stories accounted for the majority; fairytale fable is dominated; fable almost presented in the vernacular form.After putting in order of fable stories and adapting to the perspective of the children-based, the writer selects the " haste makes waste,"" Who’s No.1" and other typical cases, and makes an analysis from the language forms of fables, the length and other aspects of the original story, and finds that most of adapted fable stories are based on the perspective of children. But at the same time, the writer also noted that fable stories of the textbook have some disadvantages, such as the deletion of content which leads to the loss of the taste of children’literature; Then taking the "snail trophy" as for an example, making a comparison with the original edition,analyses the facts. In addition, the writer gives us the reasons of these phenomenons:lacking of concern for children’ special aesthetic; language itself constraints on the characteristics of the text.Finally, the writer gives two pieces of suggestion:interpreting and designing teaching the fable stories based on the child-centered perspective; hoping editor can publish a kind of "Fable Reading" to make up the "distortion" of the fable stories.
