In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communication network, the wide application of multimedia technology and embedded chip processing functions become increasingly powerful, intelligent terminal began to miniaturization, embedded development. At the same time, operating system was born based on the embedded platform mobile phone, the most popular and fashionable global Android mobile phone operation system is one of the most typical. The Android platform is introduced by Google based on linux2.6kernel source mobile phone operation system, it is completely open, has become one of the hot research topic in twenty-first Century intelligent mobile terminal field.VoIP technology, breaking the traditional circuit switching mode, through the wireless network to the IP data packet transmission of voice and video and other multimedia information has become a new trend of development, it also makes people decreased obviously on the telephone expenses. At the same time, customers whenever and wherever real time communication needs also accelerated the development of VoIP intelligent mobile terminal. Because the Android mobile phone operating system is completey open source and free, compared with other operating system of intelligent mobile terminal, it has occupied a great advantage in terms of price, this is one of the reasons that why Android development so hot. This paper combines the advantages of Android mobile phone operating system. With the wireless communication module and multimedia module of Android system, it based on flexible SIP protocol in the field of VoIP, combined with the popular Wi-Fi wireless LAN technology, stduy how to realize a free Wi-Fi visual VoIP mobile phone Intercom system of the Android in the campus. In the installation client software of mobile phone, by using the Wi-Fi wireless network to transmit audio, at the same time, we have also added video in it. It becomes more convenient between the students face to face communication. In this system, the intelligent mobile phone (client) to obtain an IP address automatically, It also embodies the access wireless network flexibility.Based on the Android mobile phone operating system of wireless communication module and the multimedia module are discussed in detail, put forward the visualization of VoIP mobile phone intercom system design solutions and ideas, and introduced the system design and implementation of the client process; put forward a kind to fit in WLAN wireless network transmission of audio and video synchronization solution, audio codec uses three different ways, adapts to different bandwidth of the wireless network transmission system, in order to ensure the system stability and portability, we uses the modular design concept and hierarchical structure, through to the OpenSIPS and SIP protocol stack of in-depth research, design and implementation of a free, real-time visualization of VoIP mobile phone intercom system, this system is composed of client and server (C/S) two parts. The visualization of VoIP mobile phone intercom system will be pervasive and put into use in campus. It provides a free platform for students in the short distance.
