In recent years, with the development of economy and the progress of science andtechnology, The phone has become indispensably electronic communication tools to people’slife. With the popularity of the phone, People are constantly improving the requirement of thephone’s function, displaying telephone number only already cannot satisfy the needs of users.However, phones have also been used as cheating tools increasedly by criminals, whichbrought people great troubles. Therefore, In order to use the telephone conveniently for theuser, prevent fraud, it is urgently need to design a fixed phone which can display call time,number, caller’s name and belongings. This paper designed call display system based onSTC90C58AD, decoding chip HT9032D, CH375B, U disk, USB interface chip and otherperipheral equipment. And the software was developed by using of C language and KeilVision3. The main content of the specific research are as following:Firstly, Caller ID system’s overall design scheme based on information importing waspresented, using USB storage phone book information and national code names, etc. andeventually stored the data block in the single chip microcomputer internal EEPROM, that thedata will not lost even the telephone is power off.Secondly, the call display’s overall circuit design was implemented, it used modulardesign method, including the selection of various chips and peripheral circuit, single chipmicrocomputer minimum system circuit design, incoming telegram decoding circuit design,microcontroller and USB communication module circuit, liquid crystal display module circuitdesign and circuit of serial communication module design, etc..Thirdly, By C language system software programs was developed, including the mainprogram decoding, calls a subroutine, the MCU read U disk data subroutine block internalEEPROM subroutine, update data, single-chip microcomputer, speaking, reading and writingsubroutines, liquid crystal display subroutine, etc.. And it runs normally in the Keil compileuvision3development environment.Fourthly, for each module debugging and experiment were carried out respectively.Experiments show that the decoding module is able demodulate the FSK signal on the line. Single chip microcomputer was verified that it can receive and deal the information correctly;MCU and USB module can communicate normally, and store the read data block in theinternal EEPROM.Fifthly, Combination debugging and experiment was carried out. By means of serialdebugging software, telephone line and U disk the adjustment of the system was finished.Results show that for frequent contacts, fixed telephone call display can correctly display thedate, time, name and belongs of the fixed telephones and cell phones; for unknown numbers,when fixed telephone dial fixed phone, the system can pass code for judging right belongs, inaddition, it can display call date and time; when Cell phone dial telephone, it can show thisname belonging through the mobile phone number’s first seven numbers, and it can alsodisplay call date and time.
