With the economic globalization and information technology continuousdevelopment, the logistics industry rised gradually then stepped in a rapid developmentstage and was regarded as the third profit source. The integrated management ofenterprise logistics circulation reduces operating costs, increases corporation profit, enhances the competitiveness of enterprises and promotes the country’s economicdevelopment. However, compared with developed countries, the overall efficiency oflogistics is low and total logistics costs are comparatively high, and thus there is muchroom to reduce logistics’ costs. Therefore, effective management, control and reduce thelogistics costs play a significant role in enterprises and even in the country’s economicdevelopment.Referring lots of papers concerning logistics, this paper selects the third-partylogistics and distribution business as the object of study, whose distribution businessprocess is researched in depth. Next, business process modeling methods and Petri Nettheory are analyzed. Based on the feature and need of study object, object-orientedtechnology, operating costs and human resource are introduced into Petri Net, and thusPetri Net modeling method and cost-output status map analytical method are proposed. The modeling method is based on modularization and thus easily maintained and reused, more suitable for large complex systems modeling, and Petri net retains abundant modelanalysis and verification methods and makes up for Petri Nets’ deficiencies in BusinessProcess Performance Analysis. Finally, we build a model of Logistics Co., Ltd. Lichendistribution processes and analyze basic properties of the modeling method to verify itscorrectness and rationality; using ExSpect software to analyze the model’s timeperformance indicates the stability and reliability of the model; the cost and humanresources were analyzed to demonstrate the effectiveness of cost-output status mapanalytical method.
