Control Of Quality KJ University OA System Development Projects

In the modern world, the wide application of OA system has greatly enhanced the working efficient of all kinds of companies, thus increasing their core competitiveness. With the extension of school size, perfection of rules and regulations, and development of teaching staff, KJ University is in urgent need of a simple but practical OA system in accordance with its current management. The OA system of KJ University is a software engineering project. At present, many software engineering companies in China have possessed necessary technical power, but they are still weak in Quality-Control, thus resulting in long cycle, high cost, and low customer satisfaction in software engineering project. With advanced project quality management theory, this paper studies the quality control of KJ OA System Development Program.First, based on the analysis of the related research status of domestic and foreign software project quality-control, this paper illustrates the systematic procedure, basic work and principle, as well as some research methods. Then with the basic condition of KJ OA System Development Program, this paper puts forward the idea that the QC of software engineering project should be taken in full life circle.Second, taking KJ OA System Development Program as example, this paper analyzes the QC factors from the five stages of requirements analysis, design, development, commissioning and maintenance. And it proposes some quality control methods and applies them into the specific implementation of quality control in KJ OA System Development Program, thus proposing specific quality control strategy.
