With the development of IOT technology, networking technology has become a bottleneck in the rapid development of the IOT. In a network structure, we deploy many nodes in the monitoring network coverage area to accomplish the objective world, acquire and process all kinds of physical information. Topology control is a effective technology about the network structure. It has a prominent effect on adjusting the structure of the network and effectively promoting the routing, keeping MAC layer protocol efficiency, reducing node energy, prolonging the network life cycle and improving network extension.At present, the main research directions of WSN topology control technology is clustering algorithm. Clustering algorithm is being widely studied by all kinds of people with lofty ideals. The main idea of clustering algorithm is to divide the network into several clusters in compliance with the basic principle. Then elect the cluster head based on different ways to play the role of receiving cluster and integration cluster data to forward to sink node.Based on the analysis of the classical clustering algorithm LEACH, DEEC algorithm which considers isomer energy, this paper combines with the remaining energy of nodes, communications costs and other factors to select a cluster head in the network and proposes a distributed clustering algorithm for minimum energy path MpDEEC (Minimum-path Distributed Efficient Clustering Algorithm). In this algorithm, the energy of nodes is heterogeneous in the network, nodes in the cluster structure can be formed in accordance with the expected results, thus contributing to efficiency and robustness of the network.This paper simulates and analysis results about MpDEEC algorithms under different network scale, it shows that the algorithm does good in optimizing the structure, balancing the overall energy consumption and effectively extending the lifetime of the network.
