The agricultural science and technology park just is a limited area, which combines the advanced planting, breeding and agricultural product processing technology with agricultural waste reuse, besides its functions are exhibiting and promoting technology, training people. While the circulation of agricultural science and technology park is showing the reuse of straw, animal and human waste, then turning them to energy, fertilizer and feed. Using this method, we show and promote this technology.In a words, this mode plays an important role in promoting China agricultural science and technology park.The agricultural science and technology park was developed fast in China, which has been agricultural science and technology exhibition, demonstration and promotion base, however, there are many problems in agricultural science and technology park planning such as "unclear of basis theory", inaccurate of location.Here, according to these problems, we will explore the theory of circular agricultural science and technology park planning from the angle of theory and practice. Taking the construction of Qianyang County Circular Agriculture Sci-Tech Zone as the key target practice, explore the theory and practice of Circular Agriculture Sci-Tech Zone in China, promoting the construction process of Circular Agriculture Sci-Tech Zone in China. Focus on the following three aspects:1The feature of Chinese circular agricultural science and technology park developmentReviewing the development of agricultural science and technology park; Analyzing the distribution of national agriculture science and technology park and proposing some problems involve in planning agricultural science and technology park.2The construction of theory framework about Chinese agricultural science and technology park planningConstructing circular agricultural science and technology park is a systematic project, according to discipline nature, it belongs to an interdisciplinary field. In this paper,we make four main fields of agricultural science and technology park planning.These are "circular agriculture&ecological engineering","modern agricultural science and technology"" landscape" and "agricultural management".What is more,we state the basic content of circular agriculture, modern agriculture, landscape and management; Finally, on the analysis of modern agricultural science and technology park function orientation,we put forward some functions of the park,which contain "demonstration of agricultural waste reuse mode and technology ","agricultural production ","technical training ","leisure sightseeing and common science education" and "new varieties of new technology experimental promotion "; In the end,we propose three principles that we should obey when we are planning agricultural science and technology park.3The practice of Qian Yang county circular agricultural science and technology park planningUsing SWOT, we analysis both advantages and disadvantages of the development of Qian Yang county circular agriculture. Meanwhile, we also find the opportunities and challenges we are faced to. Then,we establish the target, orientation, principles and planning ideas of Qian Yang county circular agricultural science and technology park especially, constructing managed center of Cao Jia Yuan circular agricultural science and technology park, standard dairy demonstration center, saanen goats breeding base center, edible fungus cultivation demonstration center, dairy products processing, refrigeration center, firedamp pool construction, million tons of feed processing,200000tons of microbial organic fertilizer production line. The park forms a reasonable layout of industry where have planting, breeding, processing industry and recycle of waste and so on. At last, we put forward the operation managed mechanism and strategy.Based on the theory framework of Chinese agricultural science and technology park, we provide basis theory and example about our circular agricultural science and technology park though the practice of Qian Yang county circular agricultural science and technology park planning.
