90%territory of Daguan County is mountain land, and the ecological environment is fragile and geologic hazard takes place frequently here. It is one of the47key geological hazard-pre-vent counties (city、district) in Yunnan province.Based on the sufficient research of geological environment of Daguan County, combining the result of field survey, study the distribution feature of landslide collapse hazards of Daguan county, and conclude the law of time and space distribution of landslide coil-apse hazards. On this basis, using CF deterministic coefficient to study the geological law of landslide collapse hazards semi-quantitatively, and apply the entropy weight index method and the amount of information method to do partition research for landslide collapse hazards susceptibility of Daguan county. Obtain the follow knowledge and achievements:The time and space distribution law of landslide collapse hazards in Daguan county:landslide collapse hazards in Daguan County have aggregation feature, and geological hazards present the characteristics of the partition and stripe. Most of the geologi-cal hazards concentrate upon south. It developes and distributes closeset in tectonic fracture and fold developed areas, the seacoasts of five big rivers and branches, and the areas with large human activity disturbance. And that the distance of each disaster p-oint of geological hazards is very close. Most geological hazards in Daguan County happen in June to September and always synchronize with rainstorm.The causing-hazard geological law of landslide and collapse in Daguan county:most landslide and collapse develop in half-hard rock group based on limestone, sandstone and siltstone. Landslide and collapse develop easily in elevation between500-1500meters, topographic relief amplitude between200-500, slow steep slope zone between15-60°,lope direction in west,dist-ance to tectonic line within the scope of500meters, distance to river within the scope of500meters,distance to highway between200-500meters and rainfall capacity less than1000meters.Based on the research of landslide collapse hazard-causing condition, utilize the entropy weight index method and the amount of information method to estimate the susceptibility of landslide collapse hazard in Daguan county. The estimation results of two methods have a good corres-ponding relation with the distribution of current landslide collapse hazard points, and well reflect the prone degree of geological hazard. Finally, synthesize two methods to do aggregation p-artition, and divide two high-susceptibility regions, three medium-susceptibility regions and eight low-susceptibility regions in all.
