Nuclear data are used in all kinds of nuclear technology. Amount of nuclear data are demanded with thorium based molten salt reactor project starting in china. Especially neutron nuclear data response is indispensable. We use the APMN program to find out a set of parameters which are consistent with the experimental data combining the total reaction cross section and other experimental data of various isotopes of Kr and natural nuclear in international and domestic database. Then we use DPPM program to calculate the direct inelastic scattering cross section data of composite system of nuclear reaction process. Finally the calculated results in the first two programs are input to the program of UNF to calculate the all cross section, elastic scattering angular distribution, direct inelastic scattering cross section, neutron emitting spectra and the double differential cross section for neutron induced Kr reaction at the energy below 20MeV.When we calculate the energy spectrum using the three sets of parameters given by Zongdi Su et al, A Gilbert and J L Cook, the curve of the energy spectrum is discontinuity. After analysis, the reason is the different values of the energy level density parameters and energy pair correction parameters. So we take n+kr reaction as an example to calculate and analysis the relationship between the energy level density pair correction parameters and the energy spectrum. Then the problem of the energy spectrum discontinuity is solved. At the same time, the accurate energy pair correction parameters in the energy spectrum calculation are given for the n+78 Kr reaction. The nuclear theoretical models used in all calculations are phenomenological optical model, the distorted wave Born approximation theory, exciton model, Hauser-Feshbach theory and the evaporation model. The micro data we obtained will be usefully for construction projects and nuclear database.
