The central control software is the core part of the control and management of large-scale seismic exploration equipment. The software takes control of distributed seismic acquisition system, seismic acquisition data preprocessing, database of seismic acquisition management and exploration equipment operation, which is one of the main research content of large-scale seismic exploration equipment.This paper introduces the overall structure of land use large-scale towed seismic exploration system and main functions of the central control software. Software design and development platform is identified. Based on this platform, system initialization, data transmission, seismic data format standardization transformation and the function modules design such as database have been finished. The main functions of the central control software are realized.Due to the dead traces automatic processing has been widely used in seismic data preprocessing. This paper designs a dead traces automatic processing method based on BP neural network respectively extracted from sample selection, characteristic parameters, the neural network structure design. Through the simulation, dead traces automatic processing based on BP neural network is preliminarily realized.Based on the above work, the central control software and dead traces automatic processing algorithms are tested, the test results show that the central control software is stable and achieve the main functions requirement and dead traces automatic processing method based on BP neural network is feasible.
