Research On Agricultural Supply Chain Finance Based On System Dynamics

We had 620 million farmers in China,which accounted for 45 percent of the population,but the output of agricultural was less than 10 percent of the Gross Domestic Product(GDP). The issues of Agriculture,Rural areas and Farmers had became the important factors which restricted the economic development in our country. Although the leaders of our country had gave priority attention to these problems 11 years in a row,the growth rate of Agricultural development was still far behind the GDP. In addition to its own restriction of natural conditions,the lack of financial support was the other important reason that dragged the development of agricultural. In this paper,we put eyes on the influence of capital constraints in agricultural development. In order to know the extent of influence,we chose the system dynamics method to study it.In terms of theory,this paper mainly related to the Supply Chain Finance(SCF), Agricultural Supply Chain Finance(ASCF) and the theory of System Dynamics(SD). This paper combined the method of system dynamics with optimization of agricultural supply chain, and combined supply chain design with the development of agricultural research. In the aspect of structure,this paper could be divided into three parts, the first part pointed out the purpose and the meaning of this article through introduced the current situation of ASCF; The second part introduced the theories of this paper, and the necessity and feasibility of developing ASCF in China; The last part used the method of the system dynamics to research real products of ASCF and got some conclusions and recommendations. Specifically, the first chapter described the research background and pointed out the purpose and the meaning of this paper; The second chapter presented the background of related theories; The third chapter introduced the advantage of ASCF; The fourth chapter was the main part of this paper, which researched three common agricultural supply chain financial products through established system dynamics model; According to the analysis of the previous chapter, the fifth chapter summarized the research conclusion, and gave some corresponding suggestions.
