With the establishment of the universal application of social progress, and a variety of computer communication networks, people are getting into an era of information explosion. Therefore, the degree of confidentiality of information have become increasingly demanding and secure communication came into being. With its high-quality features such as random chaotic signals, sensitivity to initial conditions, as well as a wide spectrum of power spectral density, chaotic signal is difficult to crack and has been widely used in secure communications. This paper studied how to extract the significance harmonic signal in the context of chaos chaotic secure communication system can be used as the confidentiality of test methods for the analysis as well as a significance to improve the detection of chaotic secure communication system.In this paper, three typical background of chaotic dynamical systems are analyzed. Firstly, the typical blind source separation algorithm in fixed-point algorithms and joint approximate diagonalization method is used to extract harmonic signal in the context of chaos, compare the effects of different chaotic systems to extract the background harmonic signal. Through simulation experiments conclude that there is good or bad for different chaotic systems by using the same algorithm to extract harmonic signal. Then a depth analysis of three frequency domain characteristics of chaotic systems is implemented by analyzing the frequency domain characteristics of the energy of chaotic systems, raised with chaotic systems gather and study the impact of the extraction of energy accumulation zone of the harmonic signal; Proposal to solve the Lyapunov exponent of chaotic motion capture system steady point is proposed by studying the temporal characteristics of chaotic systems; Devised a blind extraction algorithm based on chaotic system steady harmonic signal point capturing through data truncation scheme. A superior separation and extraction result is proved by simulation based on this algorithm. Finally, the influence of spacing between the amplitude and frequency of the harmonic signal is analyzed to prove the stability and effectiveness of this algorithm.
