In this paper, the data of coring, logging and performance of wells in North N1-N21Reservoir of Gasikule Oilfield were used to analyze sedimentary characteristic of delta facies and used multi-disciplinary theories, methods and techniques, such as Sequence stratigraphy, reservoir geology, sedimentary petrology and petroleum geology, we can also have the research static and dynamic informations to research reservoir architecture of delta-front and distribution modes of remaining oil, to guide producing remaining oil of delta-front in the middle-late period of oilfield development. In the basis of sequence stratigraphy and dividing geological interfaces by coring well sections, well logging and logging data, their feature of well logging were identified; guided by the method of "Model predictions, the hierarchical control", sedimentary framework was established in the vertical direction, Sedimentary microfiches were subdivided in plane direction, composite and single sand bodies were interpreted and depicted interbeds; the reservoir architecture of interior sand body described by the above five levels. In the basis of geological research and utilization of logging flooded layer of interpretation and dynamic data etc, we can analyze distribution patterns of remaining oil restricted by the reservoir architecture. The paper shows that, there are three elements named:the single debouch bar, the single submerged distributary channel and the submerged interdistributary bay, which limited by the fourth-order surface, and statistical measures the scales of the single submerged distributary channel and the single debouch bar standstones; the spatial relations of architecture elements exist two categories lateral contacts and three kinds of superpositions in vertical; four kinds of remaining oil distribution were summarized in the scope of north N1-N21Reservoir of Gasikule Oilfield.
