Facing increasingly serious and scarce energy problems, all circles of society are more concerned about new reproducible energy--development and utilization of ocean energy. And the wave energy is the most widely distributed and the biggest flow density, how to make this part of the energy into electricity efficiently and economic, can let people use it conveniently, for the study of this problem, it is popular to research by scholars around the world.This paper will introduce a new kind of composite wave energy power generation test bench, its structure is simple, both capture efficiency and repeated utilization are high. This way can greatly reduce the traditional wave energy generating test bench rely on the wave pool. The device adopts volatile and float wave power generation device, water wave theory as the core, according to the principle of relation motion, simulation of the two-dimensional linear traveling wave motion, do research into the device can capture waves--the energy of the float capture efficiency.The experimental platform in this paper is designed and manufactured based on the large sea tide waves experimental platform, bionic wave resistance experiments on the wave energy level capture device float are also finished according to the principle of the most popular bionic strengthening and force model of bionic float under the ideal two-dimensional linear wave is established. A comprehensive analysis on the bionic float under ideal two-dimensional linear wave is completed with ANSYS, the design of test bench is also completed. The test bench has been built and the experiments are finished, the point is to provide the necessary reference basis about the impact damage problems because wave destroy wave energy level capture device or conversion device due to large sea wave peak power.
