Bai XiangChang mining area is located in the Yangtze paraplatform and or chid-simao fold system integration in the BingChuang. It is located in the struck triangle area that erhai lake-red river deep fault and cheng hai-binchuan deep fault.Along the jinsha river-red river fault zone with a series of late Eocene porphyry copper molybdenum gold polymetallic deposit, constituting the porphyry deposits of China’s most important metallogenic clusters.Bai Xiangchang has a class with the zone porphyry deposit metallogenic rock material and conducive to porphyry metallogenic tectonic environment.To this, hope that.through application of high precision magnetic survey, the high frequency magnetotelluric method (EH4) and tunnel primary halos geochemical exploration methods, combined with the geological data, the zone of rock mass and fracture structure, especially for concealed rock mass condition and concealed fault comprehensive analysis and research, in order to understand whether there is porphyry copper molybdenum gold polymetallic deposit in this area.This paper collected the porphyry deposit metallogenic clusters of related information of porphyry deposits, focused on collecting research emphatically molybdenum mining area near the porphyry copper gold deposit, as the southern horse factory of wellknown porphyry copper molybdenum deposit, north official porphyry gold deposits in northern and related information about northwestern direction Angle porphyry deposit, It found that the measurement zone rock mass are alkaline porphyry, ore-forming rock from deep magma, strictly the restriction of the fracture structure of rock mass through the analysis material; Through the previous geological data and geophysical data, combining with the data now, summarizes the geological, geophysical (magnetic, electrical) characteristics. Mainly chosen by high precision magnetic survey, tunnel primary halos and EH4 geochemical data for measuring the area of concealed structure research.It show that the fracture structure of the mine and magnetic anomaly is the corresponding relationship each other, large circular negative magnetic anomaly indicates the scope of distribution form and porphyry, by the measurement area high precision magnetic survey results.And according to obvious change with the law of magnetic anomaly and gradient the known fault in the part of the surveyed area, forecast the four concealed fault.Through the analysis of the abnormal high frequency magnetotelluric method as a result, further delineated the stratigraphic boundaries:Rock mass and structure from surface to deep space form and location. Combined with the geological data and geochemical data, through comprehensive analysis think, survey area is conducive to porphyry metallogenic rock, tectonic and copper molybdenum gold element enrichment region.
