Tip enhanced Raman Spectroscopic Study on the surface is a new interdisciplinary subject developed rapidly and attracted much attention recently. With the development of nano science and technology, especially the rapid development of nano materials synthesis technology, nano processing technology, high precision measurement and characterization technology. This subject has developed into a complex cross disciplinary integration of chemistry, biology, physics and other fields with a. In the field of high precision control of chemical reaction, energy, information and other fields have important application prospect, is a hot research at home and abroad. From the trend point of view, the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy technique because of its unique advantages, has become and will increasingly become a powerful tool for quality detection, the detection of its application and the complex has become an inevitable trend. Based on the surface plasmon photonics, this thesis mainly focuses on the following gaspects of the research work:The standard spectrum Raman spectra preprocessing technology of smoothing technology, noise, baseline correction etc.. In order to intelligent and efficient experimental Raman spectrum detection, should according to different detection task and detection system, put forward different classification methods. These methods are mainly back propagation artificial neural network classification technology based on network, support vector machine classifier based nonlinear discriminate analysis classifier, based on the technology of.The home-made high vacuum of TERS device, and show some results of chemical reaction in HV-TERS. Introduced the HV-TERS 4NBT two MG in HV-TERS reaction, the dissociation reaction, HV-TERS in the control of chemical reaction, chemical reaction heat effect. Experiments show that the HV-TERS system in the chemical reaction of two polymerization and molecular dissociation reaction in application, which provides a design and operation of chemical reactions at the single-molecule level molecular methods. According to the experimental phenomena, we discuss the related molecular mechanism of reaction, can be manipulated by plasma (can be controlled by changing the intensity of incident laser intensity) to control the chemical reaction, the tunneling current and bias voltage; discusses the method to calculate the chemical reaction temperature using the Stokes and anti Stokes constants, and the related formulas are given. Because of the lack of observed the phenomenon of temperature rise, heat release in the reaction can basically eliminate.Discussion of the physical mechanism of the tip enhanced local field. According to the related theories, the surface plasmon resonance effect, the base image effect and the lightning rod effect.,Discussion on a new catalytic chemical reaction theory, namely Plasmon catalytic. Experiments show that 2 molecules of 4NBT polymerization for polymerization of a molecule of DMAB, the polymerization process and polymerization mechanism and analysis. Then the near resonant excitation wavelength, the processing method of malachite green(MG) molecules, to explore whether HV-TERS Plasmon dissociation reaction.
