Research And Application Of Comprehensive Prospecting Method In Ningwu Area

With the development of geological prospecting, methods of depending on alteration, mineralization and outcrop can not met the demand. So the main emphasis of the work switched to the underground which is guided advanced metallogenic theory, using geology、 geophysical、 geochemical exploration、 remote sensing comprehensive and effective methods in searching for concealed ore body.Using Exploration means such as geological, geophysical prospecting and chemical prospecting to established Prospecting model and Prospective prospecting model. To establish a Prospecting model which is not only a effective approach to improve the Prospecting process, but also a course of all kinds of methods to compliment and verify each other so that to eliminate suspects. This essay focus on the characteristics and adaptability of geophysical prospecting combing with several methods of exploration and systemize the Physical parameters of 164 Rock ore in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze river, based on the Physical parameters and mineralization background, the effectiveness of every methods in Ningwu was given.Based on the characteristic of geological and geochemistry We summarized one set of Comprehensive geological, geophysical prospecting model with several years of Geophysical prospecting experience, which is to identify the fault structure firstly. Secondly, delineate Ore bodies and mineralized zone. Next, check the induced polarization method anomaly by utilizing electrical method at favorable metallogenic region at the mean tine, find out the distribution of the anomalous body and analysis the data exception by different explores methods. Finally, confirm the favorable metallogenic zone and arrange the mountain land engineering reasonably. We discovered mineralized bodies under the guidance of the model, and verified by drilling, so the model has good guaidance maeaning in searching for polymetallic ore in Ningwu region.
