Situated in the eastern foot of Shandong Province, located in the southern North China Plain,the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea, the eastern part of Shandong Peninsula in Shandong and Liaodong Peninsula distant relative, the common defense of Gyeonggi Province, the strategic position is very important. It can be said that stable or not there is indeed affect the body’s position. Qing Dynasty is the latest from today’s feudal dynasty, the distribution of flood and drought disasters have very important reference value for our disaster prevention and reduction work today. Therefore, the study of spatial and temporal distribution of flood and drought disasters in the Qing Dynasty in Shandong Province for the construction of our socialist economy and society today really necessary. For the study of flood and drought in Shandong Province, scholars made some useful exploration. However, due to historical limitations, can not meet the scientific requirements from the precision. At the same time, these problems make this article a certain creative space.Since the 1990 s, with the number of related historical materials published, making the space-time distribution of floods and droughts in Shandong Research precise as possible. Given the lack of previous studies, this paper attempts to do this: based on various historical data with the characteristics, we verified on the basis of clear record associated with memorials on the large-scale use of local history, except China Shandong House County Chronicles integrated series of 95 addition, the paper has to find all the 113, Shandong Province, Shandong Library Chronicles prefectures, each prefecture in Shandong museum chronicles written as well as various local history published by the China Taiwan Local History Books North China’s Shandong Province, local Commission favorite local chronicles. After extensive collection of various historical data processing and related processing carried out in this thesis writing.In this paper, the space-time distribution of the Qing dynasty shandong floods carried on the preliminary analysis, mainly the following several aspects work: The first part is an introduction,mainly on the background and significance of this paper, research review and elaborate other content sources; the second part is an overview of previously before the Qing Dynasty in Shandong Province, not only for political dynasties Shandong History status area were recalled,but also on previous floods and droughts in Shandong Province in the Qing Dynasty described before; the third and fourth parts respectively discuss the time and space in the Qing Dynasty distribution of flood and drought disasters in Shandong Province, used in the compilation of relevant historical data on the basis of econometric analysis methods and the chart method for spatial and temporal distribution of floods and droughts in Shandong inductive analysis, which isthe focus of this article. The fifth part is the conclusion, summarizes the characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of flood and drought in Shandong Province, and today leads its reference.Through preliminary analysis, this paper found some characteristics of time and space distribution of the qing dynasty shandong floods. The first stage(1644-1735), the province a total of 839 flood, drought in 585; The second phase(1736-1795), a total of 878 flood, drought in 675; The third stage(1796-1850), a total of 847 flood, drought in 571; The fourth stage(1851-1851), a total of 1281 flood, drought in 525. From the point of the province, floods are very frequent. On the season, mainly concentrated in the flood, in summer and autumn most drought happened in spring and summer. Geographically, the southwest is flood prewarning,LuXiBei area is incidence of drought. Occurrence frequency of flood and drought disaster(FDD)shows the tendency of decrease from coastal areas to inland areas. In the first three stages, the frequency of flood and drought disaster(FDD) is stable. In 1855, after the river, shandong flood surged to 1281 times. The Huang river is, as it were, lead to shandong flood surge in one of the most important factor.
