| Dynamics of infectious disease is one of subjects for studying transmission of infectious disease. Multi-group epidemic infectious disease models and its dynamic properties an important problem is to study the dynamics of infectious diseases. In this thesis, we study the multi-group model with relapse distribution and vaccination and obtain that the global dynamics is governed by the basic reproduction number.The research method mainly rely on to build the right Lyapunov function and related knowledge of graph theory. By simulation, sensitivity analysis has been done for basic reproduction number 0under some specific parameters. We conclude that our results are right and the main theorems are valid. |
