Earthquake caused by the fault rock under the crust displacement. When a large fault displacement occurs. When an earthquake happened, the tremendous energy release in the seismic waves propagated to the surface, causing casualties and property losses.This article surveys the status of earthquake information system development, analyzing of the background. This article use the idea of the systems analysis, follow the practicality, reliability, completeness and norms such as the basic principles of system design, to deeply analyze the designs of system.After analyzing the requirement of the system, to design of the web client and mobile terminal of two earthquake information release system which the web client using the Google Maps API, combined with computer network technology, database technology and ASP. Net technology of secondary development of GIS. Proposed the implementation of earthquake information release system of Web prototype, the prototype Web proved can be on the Internet effectively to show information of seismic data visualization, to achieve the main function modules of seismic information query and earthquake information processing, to complete the design of database, realize the automatic update of the database. The mobile terminal to achieve the design goal to provide seismic information service to the public and government departments.
