Solid acid catalysts have been found to be useful in a variety of organic reactions. They have many advantages such as non-toxic, non-volatile, non-corrosive, little pollution to environment, mild reaction conditions, high reactivity and simple work-up procedure which liquid acid can’t achieve. With the development of catalytic science and the increase of the environment conception, it’s more meaningful to develop a reusable, easy separation and low-cost solid acid from renewable raw materials by an environmental friendly method. As a matter of fact, the application of solid acid has been attracted much attentions recently years. Therefore we use bamboo which is cheap and easily got from natural as raw material, via sulfuric acid charring and sulfonation obtain solid acid.In this thesis, bamboo char sulfonic acid, were mainly studied on the the application of transesterification for triacetin and methanol, the reaction of ultrasound rapid oil methyl ester, and aldehydes, one-pot three-component synthesis of a-Amino phosphonates by amines, diethyl phosphite, expanding its presence in the fine range of organic reactions. And the conditions were optimized, the target compound was confirmed by NMR, MS and characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy.1. Fresh bamboo as raw material, via sulfuric acid charring and sulfonation obtained bamboo char sulfonic acid. The bamboo char sulfonic acid were used in the reaction of transesterification by triacetin acid and methanol. We investigated the effects of different catalysts, alcohol-ester ratio, temperature, catalyst amount, reaction time on the transesterification reaction and the reuse of catalyst. In the optimized conditions the conversion rate of triacetin is 90.3%. Kinetic studies have shown that transesterification reactions of triacetin acid and methanol by bamboo char sulfonic acid obey pseudo-first order kinetics.2. Bamboo char sulfonic acid was used in the reaction of transesterification by ultrasound rapeseed oil and methanol. The optimum conditions is rapeseed oil 0.05 g, charcoal acid 1mmol, methanol 10mL, placed in sealed reactor at the temperature of 65℃react for 3 h.3. Using bamboo char sulfonic acid as catalyst for one-pot three-component synthesis of a-Amino Phosphonates by various aromatic aldehydes, aromatic amines and diethyl phosphite. The influence of the amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reactant ratio were investigated. And prepared a series of a-amino phosphonate compounds.
