This paper intends to select ZBEC (dibenzyl dithiocarbamate zinc)、TBzTD (four benzyl disulfide thiuram)、Aquaccel-10(diisopropyl xanthan polysulfide,referred to as A-10) as a vulcanization accelerator of natural rubber latex, trying to replace the traditional accelerator such as zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate (ZDC). This paper focuses on the influence of selected accelerator to vulcanizate natural rubber latex, compared with traditional promoter ZDC, and studys the influence of accelerator ZBEC on Vulcanization and Properties of Natural Rubber Latex.The paper adapts orthogonal experiment design, and studys the influence of types and amount of accelerator, S and Zno dosage, vulcanization time and vulcanization temperature on Vulcanization and Properties of Natural Rubber Latex The analysis takes Tensile strength as examining index,ZBEC as the promoter of Natural latex vulcanized optimization solution,0.75piece of ZBEC, vulcanizing temperature70℃,1.25piece of S dosage,0.5piece of ZnO dosage,2.5h vulcanization time.The orthogonal experiment analysis showed that, types of accelerator reached a very significant effect, and its dosage also achieved significant results. Therefore, in the S dosage1.25, dosage of ZnO0.5, vulcanization time2.5h, vulcanizing temperature70℃cases is determined.By changing the dosage of ZBEC accelerator, compared with ZDC and ZBEC, the paper studys vulcanization properties and sulfide film mechanical properties of Natural Rubber Latex, and the influence of storage to colloid properties. The results showes that:When the dosage of ZBEC is0.25~1.25, crosslink density is gradually increasing with the increase of dosage,300%modulus,500%modulus,700%modulus, tensile strength and tear strength, the sulfide film aging effect are first increases and then decreases. While using ZBEC and ZDC,300%modulus,500%modulus,700%modulus and crosslink density have reached the maximum, but tensile strength and tear strength are smaller.In addition, the storage experiment of vulcanized rubber latex showes that with storage time prolonging, the degree of vulcanization of the latex gradually deepens, the viscosity gradually increases, while mechanical stability first has a slight increase, then gradually reduces. By TQDTG curves and thermal degradation parameters showes that with the increase of the dosage of accelerator ZBEC, thermal degradation performance first increases, then decreases. And when using the same amount of ZBEC and ZDC, thermal degradation is better in ZBEC than in ZDC.Infrared spectrogram showes that ZBEC occures strong interaction in the vulcanization of latex,and it plays a big role to promote sulfide.
