A lot of dust would be produced in the process of the mining, because of the exist of the dust, the working conditions and the healthy of mine workers who were engaging in the underground mining would be threatened. To reduce dust which was existed in the coal mining, this paper based in the studying of the Qipanjing coal Seam9I020902Mining coal dust face-centered, take the practical, efficient and the environment-protect "Santongshi" as the rule, the improvement of the working environment would be realized while the coal long hole injection technology was applied, in the same time, the safety-mechanization as the target of the reforming, the normal production would be ensured.In this paper,the research status of coal dust injection aspects and achievements had been summarized and the principle of the coal injection had been elaborated. By the analysis of the coal injection on Qipanjing No.9coal seam I020902, coalface of coal seam conditions, roof and floor conditions, mining method, ventilation and dust a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and determined by laboratory tests of coal and rock properties of coal water needed coal reflectance and mechanical properties of coal, the coal industry analysis, physical and mechanical properties of the roof and floor, coal-water moist corners, coal natural water absorption, porosity and other relevant parameters the moisture content and water after wetting radius investigated under different injection time, wet the size of the radius of the relationship with the water pressure had been achieved in a method of simulating with the COMSOL software, the water injection technology was according to the truth and was proved by the field test.The results of this paper included:the effective of the coal seam water injection was improved greatly while the long pulse injection magnetization water hole effective radius of coal will increase, making the water more than the original coal increased, some of the original pulse injection in closed fractures effect of magnetized water to form the new fissures in I020902Qipanjing mine coal face. The effect of water and coal physical and mechanical properties of the body itself, the porosity of coal, water permeability coefficient of coal, the surface tension of water, pressure, sealing length is closely related to coal dust injection rate determined by water injection, wetting properties of coal, and water injection and wetting characteristics are associated with coal seam permeability, water pressure, water injection, water injection time, while drilling diameter and length related with the water injection was increased, the dust rate increased. Here is the conclusion of this test:the effective of the injection for dustproof would be best when drilling to a depth of180m, aperture50mm. the water pressure was7MPa. continuous injection time8d. water injection hole370.82m3. drill spacing of15m. the water is best.
