Polymeric material has been widely applied to people’s daily lives. Under the effect of heater and the mould, the polymer material is heated to produce deformation so as to achieve the demand of people, In thermal process of polymer, the heating time, heating energy and the effect of hot forming are indices of polymer thermal process. If it requires the shortest heating time and good heating effect, don’t appear the condition that external of polymer has broken down while the internal haven’t reached flow temperature, we need to have better analysis for temperature field on hot forming process of polymer. Through the intelligent detection of temperature distribution in the polymer heating process, we can adjust the heating power and heating time to achieve optimal heating time, optimal heating effect, optimal heating energy consumption in the thermal process of polymer. In the process of polymer reheat, due to the different polymer materials with different temperature indicators, the heating and temperature of polymer material detection has higher requirements. Traditional detection methods can only detect the surface temperature of heating polymer materials, and internal temperature in the process of polymer is obtained only through the material properties of polymer and experience. Such an approach is often limited by a variety of conditions in the actual production process and exist error. This article adopts the method of finite element analysis, the transient temperature field of heating process of the polymer is analyzed and simulated. Through the simulation analysis of heating system model, we can get the temperature distribution of the polymer sheet. Then through experiments of polymer sheet we can get the accuracy and validity of temperature field finite element analysis.
