As one of the main equipment sheet metal processing, CNC turret punch press has a high degree of automation equipment and high production efficiency, which can achieve a variety of molds to switch processing of sheet metal processing with strong adaptability, therefore it brings users’warmly welcome. With the rapid development of CNC technology, CNC turret punch press is also constantly bind in and its control and structural performance has been improved constantly. A lot domestic enterprises already have the capacity to produce the turret punch press, but the products are mainly imitation products. Compared with foreign products, the pressing precision, performance, processing efficiency of domestic turret punch press have a certain gap. As the speed increases, the vibration problem has become even more serious, research on vibration isolation of the turret punch press is quite necessary. In this paper, DMT-200CNC turret punch as the research object, through theoretical analysis, mathematical modeling,finite element simulation and dynamic experiments of the CNC turret punch, it identify weaknesses of turret punch vibration and explored the improved and optimized structure, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the vibration.Main contents:(1) The motion theoretical calculations and inertial force of the vibration analysis; the solution to the problem of punch slider-crank inertial force balance method; the improvement of inertial force balance mechanism according to the punch slider-crank; the simulation comparison of the before and after results by ADAMS.(2) The analysis on the turntable for circumferential; longitudinal vibration and the effects of different damping, mass and eccentricity vibration on the turntable; three structural improvements for damping structure; the response analysis to the impact frequencies dial in response status; comparative analysis on three improved turntable structure by ANSYS on the turntable.(3) The modal analysis on turret punch turntable, crank, bed and other major components and turret punch press assembly; understanding on the vibration characteristics of the major components and assemblies; the verification of the punch dynamic design on the dynamic stiffness requirements.(4)The establishment on vibration model of two degrees of freedom vibration model for solving differential equations derived from vibration; Simulation on the effects of parameters of the turret punch, isolator and parameters by MATLAB; the optimized design on isolation parameters of isolator according to the analysis results.(5)The vibration test on turret punch press for the data of beams turret punch bed in different conditions and the dynamic characteristics of the actual work; vibration damping design on the weak vibration environment; comparative analysis on the data obtained and modal analysis, the verification of the correctness of the finite element model and the improvement for further design.
