This paper study the strength and deformation characteristics of acid contaminated laterite, micro-structural changes in characteristics, material changes in the composition and characteristics of the macro and micro research in four areas in response relationship. Combined laterite and laterite acid pollution problems infrastructure is widely used in Yunnan, this paper proposed a "the research on soaking characteristics of acid pollution of laterite" this topic. Around this topic, this paper mainly carried out soaking conditions, acid soak into the laterite and acid soak out of laterite in two different ways in the form of acid pollution and laid the foundation to reveal the problem of acid pollution laterite.Experimental result of intensity and deformation of acid pollution of laterite show that with the increase of acid concentration, immersion time extension and ambient temperature rise, shear strength of laterite decreases, compression increases.Experimental results show that the microstructure,acid soak into the laterite and acid soak out of laterite, as the acid concentration increases, the soaking time extension and the ambient temperature rise, the micro-structural features presented different trends laterite soil particles gradually small pores increases, more and more irregularly shaped soil particles, the rougher the surface of soil particles.The results of composition of the material characteristics test of acid pollution of laterite show that acid soak into the laterite and soak out of the laterite,content of iron oxide and alumina of laterite decreases,the iron ions and aluminum ions concentration in liquor increases.The suction effect, erosion effect,condensation effect,dissolution effect explain the strength characteristics of aicd pollution of laterite under the soak condition.The four come together to determine the effect of immersion characteristics of acid pollution of laterite.
