Currently, most of gas fields in Sichuan and Chongqing have been developped to intermediary and later stage, the number of low-pressure wells is inscreasing, wellhead pressure is also getting low. Gathering work can not be carried out smoothly. If we can use the energy produced by high pressure gas to drive low-pressure well’s production and external input, it will bring huge economic and social benefits. At the present stage, jet drainage technique is often used in jet ejector refrigeration systems and heating systems, only few number of researches and applications is used to increase gas production of low-pressure wells.In this paper, the mechanism of high-speed flow of gas within the jetting tool was analyzed. According to the principle of injection tool, based on conservation of energy, conservation of mass and momentum theorem, combined with experimental verification methods derived jet operating characteristic curve equation draining tools, and research and analysis equation; According to the experimental workplace conditions, using Sokolov design methods for each parameter is calculated ejector design, and according to the results, plotted jet drainage prototype tool drawings used in experiments; We studied the equations and turbulence models used to describe the gas flow, using RANS equations, the standard k-s turbulence model and the two sides gas equation of state together to build a control equation turbulence model of gas flow injection tool,and discrete processing equations,and determined the calculation algorithm. We use Gambit to build the geometry of jet geometry, meshing the model; Under different pressure and different parts of the structure, size,we simulate the flow field in jet drainage tools by Fluent6.3. We analyzed the pros and cons of its working conditions and optimal structure size fit, draw a variation of tool performance under different conditions, and to optimize and improve the original design formulas. Based on the flow field numerical simulation results and drawings,we prototyped jet drainage tools,and conducted laboratory experiments. The experimental results with the software simulation results were compared to verify the reliability of the simulation software. We got the best structure size with the actual situation of jet draining tools.By numerical simulation and experiment:we get the following conclusions:The jet drainage tools characteristic equation that we derived can be used in theoretical analysis of the flow properties and tools’structure size design; External pressure conditions and the size of the internal structure of the tool with the tool affects the jet drainage performance; Experiments show that a well-designed tool supercharged performance, the experimental results and the performance variation of the tool and software simulation results are basically consistent,proved the theoretical modeling of scientific and reliability, it can effectively guide the design of jet drainage tools.
