| CLC number:062This dissertation mainly includes the synthesis and property studies of C-H···O hydrogen bonding-driven triazole macrocycles and the conformational studies of peptidomimetics including aromatic amide fragments and a-aminoxy amide fragments.In the first part, we designed and synthesized several triazole marcrocycles. The X-ray sttuctural analysis of one of marcrocycles revealed that all the nitrogen atoms on the1,2,3-triazoles of them were orientated inwardly inside the cavity as a result of the formation of the intramolecular three-centered hydrogen bonds.1H NMR titration experiments showed that the marcrocycles conplexed the guests with two amide fragment or polyhydroxy fragment.In the second part, we designed and synthesized five series of target molecules. The X-ray crystallographic analysis and1H NMR titration experiments showed that the single aromatic amide fragment can not destroy the intramolecular hydrogen bonding of a-aminoxy acid fragments to shape the intermolecular hydrogen bonding. |
