The burner is the most important device decide the combustion in the furnace so itdirectly affects the performance of hot blast stove.In order toimprove the theoreticalcombustion temperature,we should ensure have fullcombustion,the improvement of fullcombustioncan reduce theexcess air coefficient, so can improve theoutair temperatureand increase economic benefit.theexit flowuniformity areimportant factors that affectsthecombustion.Improvement of airflow uniformitycanincrease the stabilityofthecombustionflame, ensure theuniform stress offurnacewall, avoidburning throughthecollapse ofwall.Improving theregeneratorheatevenly,the efficiency will beincreased;at the same timecan improve theservice life of the burner.In order to make the combustion more fully, the key is furnace gas and combustionair velocity distribution in the export should be uniform. A very effective way is makinga guide plate in the air gas internal pipeline.This paper establishs a model that similarity ratio is1:5to the prototype provided.by changing the flapper gap, measure the export more than one point velocity,andcalculate the uniformity value in contrast to find out optimum baffle gap.Finally,whenthe baffles around the gap are140mm,we have the best velocity,reached96.86%.This paper uses the numerical simulation of cold flow from the theory,analysis theflow characteristics in the burner nozzle.The numerical simulation results and model testis consistent qualitatively,finally shows when the flapper gap is140mm, we have thebest uniformity velocity.Finally the paper has made a deep study on the topic,continues to increase the gapon the both sides,in order to study the more narrow baffle’s exit uniformity velocity;And also according to the exit velocity distribution properties,the intermediate velocityis high than two sides we slot the middle of the baffle in order to increase the exportspeed in the axle to study the airflow’s uniformity in the nozzle...
