With the promotion of polymer flooding and ASP flooding oil recovery technology, resulting in a large number of intractable oil wastewater, sewage and in particular whichwas from polymer flooding produced. ASP flooding is alkaline flooding, surfactantflooding, polymer flooding. Compared with conventional water flooding oil productionsewage, the characteristics of polymer flooding sewage were greater viscosity, smaller oilbead and easy to form a more stable emulsion system, which increased the difficulty ofoil-water separation. So relying on the existing traditional sewage treatment in oil fieldwater-coagulation sedimentation-filtration has been difficult to achieve the idealtreatment effect. Therefore, it is an urgent need to research and development new type, fast, efficient and wide applied polymer flooding wastewater treatment technology so as torealize the standard of discharge or recycling of oilfield sewage. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the polymer flooding oil extractionwastewater, the self-made device and electrodes were used and the electric flocculationwith pulse power supply for the treatment effect of simulated polyacrylamide sewage wasstudied. The physical and chemical parameters and pulse power parameters influence ofCODCr in wastewater, including agitation, supporting electrolyte type and proportion, electrocoagulation time, the electrode plate spacing and pulse frequency, peak current andduty cycle were studied. On the basis of single factor research, peak current, pulsefrequency and electro-flocculation time were selected as the main factors. By orthogonalexperiment method, the selected factors on the order of primary and secondary indicators ofthe impact of the experiment are: electric coagulation time> pulse frequency>> peakcurrent. Under magnetic stirring, the condition of the optimum processing parameters wereelectric flocculation time of40min, the peak current of4.0A, pulse frequency of4000Hz,and in these conditions, the COD removal efficiency reached87.0%.Under the above condition of optimum parameters, the influences of ventilatorycapacity and electric flocculation time under the condition of mechanical air floatedreinforcement instead of magnetic stirring were further studied. The results showed that themechanical gas floating reinforcement was better than that of magnetic stirring condition, inthe condition of electric flocculation time of20min and ventilatory capacity of450ml/min, the removal rate of COD reached94.8%.The removal mechanism of polyacrylamide by electric flocculation was preliminarilystudied. The results showed that the flocculation played a major role, and thenelectrochemical oxidation had the COD reduction effect, and the air flotation has played asupporting role...
