With the rapid development of economy and society,human enhances the development and utilization of river.Due to the lack of protection or indiscriminate use,many rivers are varying degrees of pollution and break problems.Degradation of river ecosystems generates ecological crisis,and also affects social value function of the river.The river is closely related to human health.The health of rivers determines the orderly, healthy, sustainable development of the human economic society. Studying on the evaluation of river health can provide decision-making basis for river management.This article combined the concept of river health,it constructed the index system of river health evaluation and multi-level gray clustering evalution model.This paper conducted the preliminary study to the actual basin.In this paper,the main work and research results are as follows:(1)According to the basic theory and practical background of river health, this paper constructed the index system of three levels river health evalution.The index system have been divided into the target layer, criterion layer and index layer.Target layer represents the overall condition of river health.The criterion layer consists of five aspects: the hydrological regime of rivers,the morphology and structure of river.water environment.aquatic organisms, social service.The index layer has selected 15 different characteristic index. The index system mainly included the quantitative index,the others were the qualitative indexs.This paper summarized the methods and standards of indicators.(2)The paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of multi index comprehensive evaluation method,it constructed the multi-level grey cluster clustering comprehensive evaluation model.The article introduced the application steps of this mothod:determined the grey clustering,calculated the clustering coefficient by triangular whitenization weight function,calculated the comprehensive clustering clustering coefficients,determined the level of rivers health status by the maximum value principle.Comparativing the advantages and disadvantages of AHP method and entropy method,This paper used the game theory to the two kinds of calculation methods for optimization and combination.Combination weighting method is a more reasonable weight method.(3)According to the actual situation of Qijiang river basin,this paper used the multi level grey clustering model for practical application. River health status of Qijiang riverwas "healthy" state.The morphological and structure of the river was "pathological factors",The rest of the criteria layer factors is "healthy" state.This paper validated the feasibility and rationality of Multi level grey clustering evaluation model based on the analysis of river Qijiang River watershed health problems.Finally,this pape puted forward corresponding suggestions and measures.
