| Spiramycin is the 16-membered macrolides multicomponent antibiotics from Streptomyces ambofaciens. It is a good bacteriostatic agent against gram-positive bacteria, some gram-negative bacteria, mycoplasma and treponema pallidum, especially against penicillin or chloramphenicol resistant bacteria. It can cure the stealth sporozoan diarrhea on AIDS patients, displaying a wide range of application. At present, researchers pay more attention to the strain screening and transformation and the optimization of culture medium, but the potential of good strains is based on their physiological environment. As a result, we design a modern type of spiramycin in fermentation factory taking annual output of 60 tons of spiramycin actual construction project as the research object, which is of great significance to keep high production level of strains and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Addtionally, based on the requirements of design and the kinetics characteristics of intermittent spiramycin fermentation, this article made analysis about fermentation process control points and obtained the optimal routes of equipment line sterilization, compressed air purification and tail gas treatmentis. It was worth mentioning that traditional air pretreatment system had several problems such as energy consumption and inefficiency. After calculating and comparison, we found that SAS was remarkable in saving water, electricity and steam. Then, process calculation was made for equipment selection, equipment sets, model and main dimensions and plant layout design. This article also took the design of water supply and drainage, power supply, steam supply, civil engineering, automatic control instrumentation, air compressor and refrigeration into account. Then the solution of "three wastes", comprehensive processing and labor protection were made plan in details. Finally the construction drawing design was carried on and project implementation plan was developed, which can ensure the spiramycin fermentation workshop project to act orderly.The engineering design of spiramycin fermentation workshop was completed within the prescribed time in this article. The new workshop meets the requirements of GMP and the other standards of existing national and industry, which is advanced, reliable, safe and applicable. Additionally, it can reduce the amount of pollution to the environment and production. So far, the spiramycin fermentation workshop has been completed and the trial production runs stably and saves energy obviously. Various technical indicators meet the process requirements. |
