The Research And Performance Evaluation Of Oil-soluble Resin Selective Water Shutoff Agent

According to the problem of low water plugging success rate and poor selectivity of reservoir, this paper proposes a efficient design of selective water shutoff agent, the oil-soluble resin and gel-type blocking agent were compounded, by the oil-soluble resin and gel-type blocking agent of the double block,increasing the strength and selective of the oil-soluble resin selective blocking agent, and play enhanced oil recovery role finally.The article selects the organic resin and mixed processing with modified asphalt, and abtained oil-soluble resin a performance evaluation. Take oil soluble from oil soluble resin,acid resistance, salt resistance and degradation performance into consideration, etc,oil-soluble resin is an excellent blocking agent. Gel plugging agent is mainly composed of cationic polyacrylamide, phenolic resin, crosslinking agent and regulator three components of material composition, gel plugging agent have not only the effect of the suspending oil soluble resin particles, but also has the effect of water plugging.Optimization of the the formula of oil-soluble resin selective water shutoff agent.Through the oil-soluble resin selective water shutoff agent for oil soluble resin stability, scour resistance and their broken down experiment, shows that the oil soluble resin selective plugging agent has a good stability, scour resistance and its solution blocking performance.By using core block simulation experiments, studied the rheological properties of selective plugging agent choice and sealing performance of the oil soluble resin. The experimental results show that the oil soluble resin selective plugging agent has efficient plugging and selection effects.
