Research And Application On Screen Completion Strings Of The Horizontal Well

Horizontal well screen completion as a way of important completion at home and abroad, mainly used in oil and gas layer is the thin reservoir, by increasing the bare area of oil and gas layer to gain higher yields. This paper briefly introduces the classification and characteristics of horizontal well completion methods and geological conditions of different reservoirs in well completion method optimization method and the related factors. This paper mainly introduced the commonly used three kinds of horizontal well screen completion process characteristics of pipe string, pipe string composition, technological process, etc.In this article, analysis and research on the domestic screen completion tools commonly used tools: liner hanger, flush valve, stage collar,ECP, etc., focusing on special liner hanger for the analysis and research. Based on the optimization of horizontal well screen completion process pipe string design, based on the complete a optimizing and improving the design of the supporting tools, for horizontal well screen completion technology provides the theory basis for pipe string design, ensure the application of high efficiency, reliability, the oilfield is of great significance to realize stable yield and high benefit development.
