Benzimidazole is a kind of containing two nitrogen atoms of benzene and heterocyclic compounds, have very good physiological activity and reactivity, its application is very extensive. This kind of compounds can be used as a surfactant, synthetic organic intermediates, ion recognition probe and metal corrosion inhibitor use. Therefore, the synthesis and properties of this kind of compounds has been attracting wide attention of chemical research. Taking o-phenylendiamine, formic acid as starting material, by condensation reaction synthesis benzimidazole, under the condition of alkaline benzimidazole to react with benzyl chloride synthesis of N-benzyl phenyl and imidazole, then react with bromine and generation of hydrocarbon, and get a series of benzimidazoleThe product structure by FTIR, 1H NMR,13C NMR characterization, certificate for the product.Extraction is one of the most widely used unit operations in chemistry. The ionic liquids are one of the potential environmentally benign solvents owing to several unique properties such as low toxicity, negligible vapor pressure and design ability. Ionic liquids is widely used in extraction and detection of benzene organic, natural organic matter, pesticide residue, amino acid, protein, DNA and metal ion, such as such as liquid-liquid extraction, Liquid droplets extraction, micro-dispersed liquid-liquid extraction, solid phase micro-extraction and aqueous two-phase extraction. In this paper, 1-benzyl-3-benzylbenzimidazole bromide and 1-benzyl-3-propylbenzimidazole bromide formulated into an aqueous solution as the solvent, using microwave assisted extraction of baicalin, investigated the influence of ionic liquids on extraction of baicalin.
