The research contents of this paper is based on the China-Rubber rubber resources recycling (QingDao) Co. Ltd., experimental data are used to guide industrial production. In this paper, we made reclaimed rubber by Haake torque rheometer, single screw extruder and double screw extruder then analyzed the effect of rubber powder mixing time at high temperature reactor and coumarone resin to reclaimed rubber’s structure and properties through the various parameters in the process of test as well as the measurement of the sol content, crosslink density,mechanical properties and processing properties of the final reclaimed rubber; The regeneration temperature was determined according to the properties of different particle sized of waste rubber powder, the properties of reclaimed rubber also influenced by the speed and the filling quantity of 200ml Haake torque rheometer; We attempted to produce reclaimed rubber continually with the single/double screw extruder; We took several different treatment methods include plasticized the reclaimed rubber by three screw extruder and the three screw extruder combined with the open mixing mill to overcome the problem of high Moony viscosity of reclaimed rubber.From the result we found that the crosslink density of reclaimed rubber decreased, the reclaimed degree increased, Moony viscosity, tensile strength and the elongation at break descended along with the mixing temperature rising and the time of rubber powder mixing at high temperature reactor extended. The best properties of Moony viscosity and tensile strength of reclaimed rubber appeared with the mixing temperature was 160℃ and mixing time was 5min. Coumarone resin can reduce the reclaimed rubber’s Moony viscosity which did not reduced greatly with the mixing time prolong, meanwhile the tensile strength increased with coumarone resin added.The Moony viscosity of reclaimed rubber reduced along with the increased of filling quantity which has little effect on the curing properties, the processing abilities and mechanical properties up to the top when the filling quantity is 120-130g.The mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber relied on the speed little when the speed lower than 90r/min, however, if the filling quantity was 150g, the influence was obvious.The range of the reclaimed temperature was vary for different parts of the tire, in addition, with the smaller of the particle size, the best properties achieved under lower reclaimed temperature and it was more sensitive to the regeneration.We can achieve the reclaimed rubber through extrude of single screw extruder, but the properties such as Mooney viscosity, processing and mechanical properties were poor. The waste rubber can be regenerated by using double screw extruder, with the number of plasticizing increase the degree of regeneration more fully, Moony viscosity decrease, and tensile strength increase and maintained well. Slowing down the rotary speed of the extruder can lead to the crosslink density of reclaimed rubber descend the sol content increase and the Moony viscosity did not decline greatly, but the mechanical properties got worse.In the research of the effect of post treatment process on the performance of reclaimed rubber found that the fluctuation ranges of the reclaimed rubber’s Moony viscosity biggest with the time of thin on the open mill extension. Compared with the thin on the open mill, the fluctuation range of the reclaimed rubber’s Moony viscosity by three screw extruder went down along with the temperature of the feed increase. The crosslink density descend and the sol fraction ascend if extruded the reclaim rubber by three screw extruder or combined with the open mill, however its mechanical properties enhanced greatly through this method.
