The Manufacture Of Chlorine Dioxide Dynamic Disinfection System

Disinfection of the large public places, such as Convention and Exhibition Center Station, the traditional methods of air disinfection only can be used with the evacuation of person. In consideration of the characteristics of the low concentration of chlorine dioxide, it is harmless to the human body, no residualc ontamination after disinfection,which can overcome the disadvantages of traditional disinfection. This paper designs a set of chlorine dioxide disinfection system.This paper develops a set of system of dynamic dioxide disinfection, this system is mainly composed of chlorine dioxide generation system, control system and air distribution system. First, I’m access to relevant paper, to determine the method of chlorine dioxide preparation and the process of the disinfection system. According to the disinfection process conditions and HG20640, we design the chlorine dioxide generator, including the reactor, wastewater tank and other key equipment. The chlorine dioxide generator uses PVC material, which is common material source, processing convenient and economiccal. The control system adopts SIEMENS S7-200 series CPU224 PLC as the central control unit and the model of the WEINVIEW TK6070i touch screen is used as the host computer. The control system uses negative feedback control and metering uses pump delay segment control.When we has completed the design and manufacture of the chlorine dioxide generating and control system, complete the whole assembly. The machine performance is stable, which can meet the requirements of disinfection under different conditions.The Chlorine dioxide dynamic disinfection system developed in this paper can not only meet the requirements of modern dynamic disinfection, and the disinfection cost is low,wihout harmful residue. At the same time, it can also improve the air fresh degree, which has a broad market prospect in disinfection of air.
