With the increasing of complexity for the working environment of fully mechanized mining equipment, the function of emulsion pump will be is increasing, which means large flowate, the higher pressure and the tighter structures. As the one of the emulsion pump most important part, the crankshaft transforms rotational motion into reciprocal rectilinear motion. In the course of crankshaft working, it is a very complex process which works in alternating load stress and bending stress, so the crankshaft is extremely easy to cause the deformation and failure of the working in some extent. Therefore, in a way it can cause change of crankshaft and inefficient work. The reliability of crankshaft directly affects the stability and safety of emulsion pump. Clearly, it has been a very important problem how to calculate for accurately stress-strain of dangerous section of crankshaft and structure design. The practice shows that crankshaft of emulsion pump is often occurring the failure in work. Basing on three turn four support of crankshaft of emulsion pump, which analyzes the problem of structure strength and improvement of crankshaft in different working conditions under the assembly exist and no exist. First of all, the essay considers the analysis of kinematics and dynamics of theories of emulsion pump, and delivers relevant kinematic and stress equations about piston, connecting rod and crankshaft. Furthermore, A solid model of the Slider-crank mechanism is created by Pro/e, which has been Imported into Transient Structural(MBD)of Ansys workbench12, will be analyzed in many-body dynamics. And it finally acquired the piston displacement, velocity curves and the interaction force between the crank and connecting rod. Otherwise, using Static Structural and Transient Structural(ANSYS) of Ansys workbench12 analyzes the entire crankshaft, and calculates its stress-strain of the bent axle in different circumstances and the maximum working location. Finally, modal analysis of the crankshaft will be analyzed and get different level of mode of vibration. Basing on the maximum stress, the crankshaft’s structure will be optimized and meet design need of structure of the crankshaft.Through a serious of calculation of the crankshaft, it will get relevant data, and provides the structural improvements and theories of optimizing improvements about the structure of the crankshaft and the structure of emulsion pump.
