Along with our country’s economy has achieve great development,steadily improve the living standards of residents, Home Furnishing decoration market has become more and more flourishing, wallpaper as a kind of cultural color decoration materials, with its beautiful, easy replacement, low cost, safety and environmental protection advantages favored by consumers. In order to seize the opportunity for development, many wallpaper equipment manufacturers has breakthr ough innovation, design and produce more new, multi-technology,high-quality printin g equipment, however compared with foreign printing equipment,China’s automatic control level is relatively low, the stability and accuracy also has gap, but foreign printing equipment is often overpriced, once the problems, the lack of the related technical personnel repair, the repair cycle of the equipment is long, high cost. There fore the production of high quality, multi process, high printing precision printing equipment has become the enterprise development direction of many domestic printing equipment production.In this context, this paper first introduces the background and significance of rotary screen printing and gravure printing integration wallpaper printing machinein one of the international’s most advanced lever. followed by analysis of the working principle and printing process about rotary screen printing and gravure printing integration wallpaper printing machine,etc. and based on the analysis of sources of influence factors on the wallpaper printing machine over printer precis ion and printing error, and proposed a new error detection method based on the relationship between over printer and a automatic register control system based on pulse interpolation. Through in-depth analysis and discussion of the error sources,the final design of the synchronization control scheme of rotary screen printing and gravure printing integration wallpaper printing machine, synchronization cont rol scheme includes the speed, tension control system, automatic register control system etc.. Among them, speed synchronization control is the cornerstone of wallp aper printing color registration, only to ensure the speed synchronization to ensurethe set of printing color registration; the pros and cons of tension control system performance will influence the product quality and the production efficiency to great extent; and automatic register control system is good or bad will directly determine the printing color overprint precision, it’s the most important factor affecting produ ct quality. Therefore, this paper focuses on the design of automatic register control system, unit operation board as the core automatic register control system, selection of photoelectric eye color detecting instrument of German SICK and FPGA(EP1CT100) to collect the overprint error, and the error parameter passed to the DSP(TMS320F2812) through the SPI communication for PID operation treatment. Final ly, the error to be compensation will determined, then transfer to the drive control for pulse interpolation, and eventually realize the register position synchronization,i.e. automatic register control.At last, after the completion of the overall design of the circuit, in the laborat ory of Xi’an Degao Electrical group Laboratory, the pulse interpolation function of the automatic registration system was done debugging and experiment, the test results meet the design objective, through the pulse interpolation error compensatio n of the chromatic position synchronization is realized, the system is running stable.
