Cyclodextrin is one of the most important research object in supermolecular chemistry. Because of its special structure and properticies, cyclodextrin has a wide attention and research in host-guest chemistry, self-assembly, etc. And also, it get wide applications in fields of artifical-enzyme, molecular acceptor, drug carriers, etc. The research on molecular recognition about cyclodextrin can help us understand the recognition process of bio-meloculars. To expand its applications and rich the properties, we also do research on modified cyclodextrins, which can keep the main strcture of cylcodextrin and make it functional.By modifying the 6th hydroxy, we indroduce dithiolate into the main ring of β-cyclodextrin. And in the following works, we do research from biomimetic catalysis, spatial configuration and spectroscopic properties. The work can separated into three parts:1. The simulation of molybdenum enzymes by using dithiolate modified cyclodextrinWe designed a new articical molybdenum enzyme by using dithiolate modified cyclodextrin. In the compound, the cavity of cyclodextrin acts as recognition site, while the two dithiolate groups in the modified cyclodextrin together with the complexed Mo melocular act as the active site. In this way, we simulate the natural molybdenum enzyme in structurally. By comparing with the related compounds, and with the characterization methods including IR, UV, CD,1H NMR, MS and XPS, we confirmed its structure and explanded the characterization results.2. Research on the complexation form of metal icon and dithiolate modified cyclodextrinIn the past research, we have learnt the ideal configuration in aqueous solution of Mono-6-mnt-β-cyclodextrin(mnt2-=S2C2(CN)22-=1,2-dicyanoethylenedithiolate), and got its spectral signature. To study the existing and complexing form of 6-mnt-β-cyclodextrin when metal icon exsited, we designed a serious of experiments. By using UV and CD and characterization methods, we calculate the complexation ratio and constants of 6-mnt-β-cyclodextrin and Cu2+. And also, we have a study on the mixed system of 6-mnt-β-cyclodextrin, Zn2+ and 1-Adamantanamine hydrochloride. The results show the exsting form of 6-mnt-β-cyclodextrin in water in the presence of Zn2+ or 1-Adamantanamine hydrochloride.3. Synthesis of a new pyridine-carboxylate hybrid ligandBy using the hybrid multiple ligands, metal organic frames (MOFs) may get special and abundant optical, electrical and magnetic properties. And also by using proper ligands, we can realize the control of the structures of MOFs. By using diazotization iodination, Heck reaction and hydrolysis of esters, a new pyridine-carboxylate hybrid rigid ligand is synthesized. IR, MS and 1H NMR are used as characterizations.
